Judy Rush has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, a career rooted in family legacy. Her brother began his insurance career with one of the largest insurance companies in the nation before serving as President of two County Mutuals, inspiring other family members to follow his path. Today, her family remains deeply connected to the industry, with members leading in Carrier underwriting, MGA operations, claims, and the health sector.

Judy’s own career began with a large Managing General Agency, where she served as Operations Manager over the IT Department, drawing on her education and background in computer science. She soon transitioned into the insurance side of the business, managing both Customer Service and Underwriting for a commercial MGA. Later, she joined one of the largest agencies in Texas as a Commercial Producer specializing in the transportation sector. Before Judy decided to retire in 2021, she worked at one of the largest agencies in the US where she was responsible for managing a large agent base in 23 States for growth, profitability, and relationship development. She also assisted with Acquisitions and Transitioning into our agency culture. Additionally, she managed a team of 5 Territory Managers, 6 Inside Sales members, including our Agency Trainer.

Over the years, Judy’s work has spanned Sales, Marketing, Management, Training, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Her diverse background across Carriers, MGA/surplus lines, and Retail sectors gives her a well-rounded perspective on the industry’s dynamics.

Her primary focus today is helping insurance agents successfully buy or sell an agency. By applying proven evaluation metrics—measuring growth, retention, employee performance, and market quality—Judy ensures that agencies are accurately valued and matched with the right buyer or seller. With her expertise and trusted guidance, she helps agents navigate the complexities of acquisitions with clarity and confidence.

Judy holds both a Managing Agent and MGA license. She has also been honored as Insurance Woman of the Year at both the state and regional levels, later advancing to compete for the national title. Judy also earned a CPIA designation and was named to the Educational Board for Professional Insurance Agents.

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jennifer Divine brings unmatched expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic agency growth. As the Managing and Founding Partner of Clearpath M&A Brokerage, Jennifer specializes in helping agency owners successfully navigate the complex process of buying, selling, and scaling their businesses.

Her career has encompassed Agency Ownership, Underwriting, Marketing Leadership, and Development & Recruitment Management. While serving as an Agency Relationship Manager for one of the largest independent agencies in the United States, Jennifer not only supported the development of hundreds of agencies but also led and facilitated acquisition strategies, giving her hands-on experience in guiding agencies through successful transitions and growth opportunities.

Jennifer is known for her ability to blend strong business acumen with a practical, people-first approach. Her depth of experience allows her to see opportunities others miss, craft strategies that maximize value, and ensure smooth, successful outcomes for agency owners looking to expand, transition, or exit.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from San Diego State University and the LUTCF designation. Residing in Midland, Texas, Jennifer continues to dedicate her career to empowering insurance agencies nationwide to thrive through clarity, strategy, and smart growth.
